Scope of work

Remove the existing insulated stainless-steel chimney liner and install a new flexible, smooth-walled 304L stainless-steel flue liner system (UL 1777/641/441) serving a freestanding wood-burning stove. Repoint and repair the brick-and-mortar masonry chimney from roofline to crown, pour a new mortar crown, and replace deficient lead flashing. Install a new 304 stainless-steel through-the-wall connecting pipe with a code-compliant thimble/Tee connection, then perform an operational smoke-leak test.
