Scope of work
Tear out and remove the existing aged raised access computer floor tiles from the in-place pedestal-and-grid understructure in Building 302, Room 110 (bullpen area). Furnish and install new 24"x24" concrete-filled all-steel access floor panels and perforated airflow panels into the existing grid, including cutting edge tiles, cutting data/power access holes, setting grommets, and sealing all cut tiles to a level, flush fit. Haul away and dispose of all removed tiles off-site in accordance with local regulations.

- Furnish and install 24"x24" concrete-filled all-steel access floor panels and perforated airflow panels
- Work reuses the existing pedestal-and-grid understructure
- Includes edge-tile cutting, data/power access cutouts, and grommet installation
- Delivery and installation on or before September 1, 2026
