Scope of work
Remove two existing hydronic unit heaters along with all associated valves and piping from the mechanical room of the Cutter Support Building at the Coast Guard Sitka Moorings. Furnish and install two new in-kind hydronic unit heaters (Modine Model V 59S01 or equivalent) with new shut-off valves, unions, and fittings, then reconnect to the existing hydronic piping and 115V electrical. Refill and purge the system, service and inspect the boiler, and test the new heaters to confirm full operation.
- In-kind replacement of two hydronic unit heaters (Modine V 59S01 or equivalent)
- One mandatory site walk for all contractors (date to be posted to SAM.gov)
- Reconnect to existing hydronic piping and 115V electrical, then refill and purge system
- Boiler service and inspection included
- Work to complete within 14 business days from start of work per boiler
