Scope of work
Repair and replace sections of the chain-link perimeter security fence around the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) installation. The contractor furnishes all labor, materials, tools, and equipment and handles demolition and disposal of all removed or excess material. Disturbed ground is graded, seeded, and watered, and temporary fencing is installed and removed wherever a breach is left open during repairs.
- P&P bond (performance & payment) required
- PoP: 5 years (one base year plus four option years)
- Offeror must have a bona fide place of business within 120 miles of DSCR
- Temporary fencing required wherever a breach is left open during repairs
- Contractor furnishes all labor, materials, tools, and equipment, including demo and disposal
