Scope of work
Install pre-purchased wind tarps around the perimeter of Building 90538 to close in the open sides and shield equipment and personnel from wind and weather. Modify the tarps with grommets and hang them on corrosion-resistant stainless-steel cables, brackets, and eyelets, anchoring the lower edges into the concrete foundation without drilling into the existing steel girder structure. Repair and paint any areas damaged during installation and haul all excess material off base.
