Scope of work
Demolish seven vacant, end-of-life buildings at JBSA Lackland and the Chapman Training Annex, removing all above- and below-ground structures down to three feet below grade, including concrete slabs, foundations, and vaults. Locate, disconnect, cap, and plug all overhead and underground utilities, and haul off and legally dispose of all demolition debris. Abate asbestos and other hazardous materials per the building surveys, then grade and seed the cleared sites back to natural condition.
