Scope of work
Tear out the existing resilient tile flooring and cove base from the men's and women's locker rooms (approximately 775 SF total) at USCG Station Chetco River. Prep and level the concrete substrate, then install new non-slip Roppe rubber tile with a matching 4-inch vinyl cove base. Haul off and dispose of all removed flooring material at completion.
