Scope of work
Install one new multi-zone heat pump and four wall-mounted mini-split indoor units serving four crew duty rooms in the Pease Building. Run all refrigerant line-sets (with line-set covers where exposed) and gravity-fed condensate drains to the building exterior. Provide a new dedicated 240V circuit from the main panel to the outdoor unit with a lockable, line-of-sight service disconnect. Start up and commission the system.
