Scope of work
Remove and dispose of existing carpet and install new luxury vinyl plank (LVT) flooring in the designated office spaces of Building 52, including new quarter-round molding, transition strips, and cove base. Prep and repair the exposed subfloor, then set click-lock, 100% waterproof, 6.5mm LVT per manufacturer instructions. Prep and apply two coats of interior semi-gloss low-VOC paint to all interior walls in the designated spaces, protecting wooden built-ins and furniture.

- Complete within 60 calendar days of Notice to Proceed (SOW states 75 calendar days from award)
- Base access form required for on-site work at Coast Guard Island
- Offer validity: minimum 30 calendar days
