Scope of work

Remove and dispose of two existing commercial galley exhaust hoods and install two new 430 SS exhaust-only wall canopy hoods with supply plenum, stainless baffle filters, canopy light fixtures, and grease cups. Replace the associated ventilation system with upblast exhaust units and sloped filtered supply units on hinged curbs. Furnish new 3-phase electrical controls with inverter-duty motors and VFDs in NEMA 1 enclosures, wired for exhaust-on/lights-out on fire. All work to comply with NFPA 96.
