Scope of work
Two-site chain-link fence replacement and associated sitework within the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. At the Lower District Shop (Dresser, WI), demo approximately 678 LF of existing 6-foot chain-link fence and three slide gates, then install roughly 432 LF of new 7-foot K-Klass chain-link fence with a 20-foot automated sliding gate and a 12-foot steel swing gate, plus a five-bay concrete bin-block material storage area with grading and compaction. At Ray's Garage (St. Croix Falls, WI), perform grading with imported fill and a trap-rock surface, install approximately 303 LF of 8-foot chain-link fence, and hang a 20-foot double swing gate with privacy slats. Work is performed under a single firm-fixed-price contract.
