Scope of work
Hand-deconstruct and reconstruct approximately 90 LF of a historic 1803 mortared limestone retaining wall (roughly 4 ft tall, 1.5 ft thick) using NHL 3.5 lime mortar, numbering and salvaging each stone for reset in its original location. Hand-excavate and shore/crib the adjacent historic Green Tree Tavern porch, then install a fabric-wrapped washed-aggregate drainage layer with 4-inch perforated HDPE draintile daylighting through the wall via 2-inch PVC. Restore the lawn with 6 inches of topsoil and new turfgrass sod. Provide MUTCD traffic control along St. Marys Road with no drive-lane closures.
