Tear off and replace the asphalt shingle roofs on two adjacent historic homes totaling roughly 4,600 square feet of roof area. Inspect and repair the roof deck, flashing, drip edge, and underlayment before installing the new shingles. Repair and replace about 30 square feet of rotted wood soffit and fascia on each home, priming and painting the new wood before installation.
