Scope of work
Remove and replace three HVAC systems across three National Park Service administrative buildings within Big South Fork NRRA. The work includes furnishing and installing one 4-ton packaged gas/electric RTU on an existing concrete pad at the Kentucky Ranger Station, plus two 1.5-ton ductless mini-split heat pumps serving the IT rooms at Park Headquarters and the Bandy Creek PM Building. Each unit requires new refrigerant line sets, condensate drain piping, exterior service disconnects, and conduit and wiring per NEC. Scope also covers penetration flashing and sealing plus full startup and testing.
