Scope of work
Tear-off and re-roof approximately 3,600 SF (36 squares) of asphalt shingle roofing on two two-story residential housing buildings (B034 and B035), installing new 30-year architectural shingles over new underlayment. Work includes replacing damaged plywood sheathing, fascia, flashing, drip edge, and roof boots, plus installing a full-length ridge vent system on both buildings. Remove and replace about 420 LF of gutters and downspouts and install about 270 LF of gutter guards.
