FR 321 Kinzua Creek AOP Culvert Replacement

Scope of work

Remove an existing 42" x 50" x 45' corrugated metal pipe arch (CPMA) culvert and replace it with a 128" x 83" x 44' aluminized steel Type 2 CPMA sized for aquatic organism passage (AOP) on Forest Road 321 over an unnamed tributary to Kinzua Creek. Reconstruct a 600' section of roadway (300' each side of the crossing) with placed limestone driving surface aggregate (DSA) over aggregate backfill. Work includes E&S controls, stream bypass pumping, riprap grade controls, and turf establishment on all disturbed areas.

• 60-day performance period (complete within 60 calendar days of NTP)
• NTP-to-start window: begin within 14 calendar days of notice to proceed
• 600' of roadway reconstruction (300' each side of the crossing)
• No pre-bid site visit; pre-work conference held after award
• Questions due July 14, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time
