Scope of work
Fabricate and install a bat-friendly steel non-functioning gate to permanently close a historical mine adit adjacent to Copper Creek Trail #876 in the Bear Gulch post-fire burn scar. The gate is built from 3/4" x 3/4" square steel tube (1/8" or 3/16" wall) at 5-3/4" minimum bar spacing, anchored to bedrock with #8 rebar x 12" drive-fit or epoxy-set rods across an approximately 10' x 10' portal. Deliverables include a Project Workplan with a Health & Safety Plan (HASP), the portal closure, and a post-work report with field notes and photographs.

- Offer acceptance period: 90 calendar days
- Organized site visit held at the FS-2451 road-closure gate
- Deliverables include a Project Workplan with Health & Safety Plan (HASP) and a post-work report
