Scope of work
Remove the entire existing roof on Building 882 down to the deck and install a new fully-adhered EPDM roof system over rigid insulation, a vapor barrier, and a DensDeck cover board. The roughly 21,000-square-foot roof must be rated for 90 mph winds and sealed around all penetrations and parapet walls. The work also includes asbestos testing and abatement of the old roofing, roof-edge tie-off anchors, new roof drain caps, and heat tape with four new electrical circuits in the downspouts.
