Scope of work
Remove two pairs of worn aluminum-framed glass entry doors at the Lincoln Home Visitor Center and install new heavy-duty, high-cycle aluminum storefront swing doors with matching insulated Low-E glazing. Each new door pair receives an ABA-compliant automatic operator, new exit devices, continuous hinges, keyed removable mullions, weatherstripping, and thresholds, with the existing storefront frames modified and reinforced to fit. The project also includes installing two new electric air curtains above the entries, top-mounted on Unistrut anchored to the existing concrete roof structure. All electrical work must be performed by a licensed Illinois electrician.
