Scope of work
Perform annual maintenance on roughly 138 miles of single- and double-lane forest roads in the Hebo Ranger District along the Forest Service Road 1400 system. Work includes blading and roller-compacting aggregate road surfaces, cleaning paved surfaces, clearing ditches and drainage structures, and cutting back roadside vegetation. The contractor hauls and places spot surfacing material and mobilizes equipment to scattered road segments across the district.
