Scope of work
Restore an eroding section of Cresheim Creek along the southern property line by regrading the creek banks and installing riprap to stabilize them. Remove and replace chain link fencing and gates, demolish an abandoned railroad siding and culvert, and clear trees and shrubs along the bank. Install vegetation, live stakes, and turf, working in 50-foot segments using a temporary cofferdam and pump bypass to keep the stream flowing.
