Scope of work
Install a new rooftop laboratory exhaust fan and connect it to new and existing ductwork, dampers, and controls at a USDA research lab. Cut a new roof penetration with a curb and SBS-modified bituminous membrane flashing, and run a new 208V power feed with a 3-pole 30A breaker to the fan. Demolish the affected portions, then test, balance, and commission the new exhaust system.
